What WinsPool is
WinsPool is software for running wins pools with your friends: you draft real sports teams and track their season records. It's currently free to use.
No money through WinsPool
WinsPool never collects, holds, or pays out prize money. If your league plays for stakes, that arrangement is entirely between you and your league members, handled outside the app, and your responsibility — including making sure it's legal where you live. WinsPool is not a gambling operator, sportsbook, or fantasy contest for money.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in method secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Don't abuse the service, attempt to disrupt other leagues, or misuse other members' information.
The service
Provided as-is, with no warranties. Standings come from third-party sports data feeds and can lag or contain errors; official league records control if there's ever a dispute. We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinsPool and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for anything arising from arrangements your league makes outside the app.
